Which plan should I choose?
The Light Rider Plan is ₹1,550 per week with 75 km a day included, and ₹2 per km above 75 km a day. It suits riders who usually stay around or under 75 km a day. The Heavy Rider Plan is ₹69 per day plus ₹1.50 per km, with a minimum charge of ₹1,550 per week, and suits riders who regularly go further. Call us if you're unsure and we'll help you pick.
Are battery swaps really unlimited?
Yes. Both current plans include unlimited battery swaps.
How long does a battery swap take?
A swap typically takes about 2 minutes. It can take longer if there's a queue at the station.
How far can I ride on one battery?
Our advertised range is around 70–75 km per swap. Real-world range depends on load, speed, traffic and road conditions.
Where do you operate?
We serve delivery riders in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC).
How do I sign up?
Download the YuGO Rides app and sign up. KYC is completed automatically in the app. If you need help, call us.
Who looks after maintenance?
YuGO takes care of maintenance for your rented scooter. If something isn't working right, call us on 80805 13935 or 91753 24002.
EV franchise: own a YuGO fleet in Maharashtra
Own electric delivery scooters and earn from the riders who use them. Run the hub yourself (FOFO) or let YuGO operate your fleet for you (FOCO).
